Best Western Plus Hotel Odense

I expected so much more from this supposed 4-star hotel. Breakfast was limited to bland pork products-hello, where's the chicken? And don't even get me started on the staffing. I asked for a room change due to the tiny twin bed, but they ignored me. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

Rich and delicious breakfast with lovely bread rolls and ideal location. Location just next door to the congress center, the resturant and free breakfast, and other facilities one would like on a holiday

Friendliness of the staff. Functional and reasonably large rooms with comfortable beds and the tea. Varied and delicious breakfast spread.

The stay was quite pleasant, thanks to the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We enjoyed the location, especially since it was just a short walk to the nearby cultural-botanical garden. The breakfast spread was decent, offering a variety of options like bacon and eggs. It was nice to see my dog welcomed and accommodated in a practical ground floor room.

Good breakfast

Rooms need renovation. Old equipment. No air conditioning. It cannot be considerd as a 4 star hotel. The location is 10 minutes drive from the city center. Reception Staff behavior was below average.

The family room was rather ascetic and modestly furnished, but the personnel were kind enough to upgrade us to a spacious suite.

The hotel does not have any air conditioning, which made our stay slightly uncomfortable when it was close to 30 C outside. Also, the suite had poor lighting. The breakfast room was surprisingly small considering the size of the hotel, but that was not a problem for us since it was off-season for business travellers.

More fun than I expected!

The hotel had free parking and was close to a shopping mall. A good breakfast offered sweet and savory options.

very big room, it was perfect for a four people family parking and breakfast were ok - position was good both for shopping and visiting all around even if not in the city centre

The breakfast spread was a pleasant surprise with fresh pastries and tasty smoked sausages that were definitely more than just decent. I also enjoyed the sauna in the basement it was a perfect way to unwind after a long day.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but considering the quality of stay, it was still acceptable.

I stopped there for 1 night in my way to Copenhagen. I chosed the hotel because of a special price offer. Good breakfast.

Very long corridors, I stayed in the end of it. Some may dislike long walk to reception or restaurant.

Very nice and friendly personnel. Also I enjoyed the kitchen a lot. The rooms are spacious, and have a nice view from the windows. Good localization, especially while travelling by car.

Very basic equipment of the rooms. After 4 star hotel you might expect a bit more. First impression - very sad rooms (only grey scale), but after few days you get used to it.
